Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant procedures; coordinate tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning. Update inventory as needed.
• Ensure service speed and customer experience meet goals; maintain health and safety standards.
• Allocate tasks and breaks, adjust staffing based on sales volume; supervise shift operations.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and audits; ensure compliance with operating procedures while on shift.
• Greet customers and assist with orders in a friendly manner.
