Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred and must pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.
• Experience in restaurant supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and act in absence of managers.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, deliveries, and cash handling.
• Maintain service speed and cleanliness to meet health and safety standards (QSC).
• Supervise break schedules and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train team members on new products and procedures.
