Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience and EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and deliveries.
• Maintain service speed and cleanliness per QSC standards.
• Prioritize tasks and adjust staffing during shifts for productivity.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and audits during shifts.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure satisfaction.
