Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback
• Ensure security procedures are followed
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures
• Prepare finished products efficiently (sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.)
• Adhere to health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
• Restock line items and coolers as needed
• Clean work areas and equipment; manage waste and trash
• Operate cash register and resolve customer issues
