Qualifications

• Must pass Food Safety Certification; Illinois applicants must become certified within 30 days.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage allergens and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks effectively.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count cash drawers and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain food safety.
• Restock lines, stock, and clean dining and kitchen areas.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
