Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must meet state food safety requirements and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a bustling kitchen.
• Able to stand 8–9 hours and lift up to 50 lb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts with task assignment and feedback.
• Ensure security and back‑of‑house standards are met.
• Count drawers and handle cash procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Restock food lines and maintain areas.
• Operate cash register and resolve customer issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
