Job summary

Dunkin' in Rhode Island is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members during each shift, ensuring Brand standards and guest service are delivered. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff with timely feedback.

You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise operations, handle cash, monitor safety, and resolve complaints quickly to protect the restaurant's reputation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail/restaurant.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards on shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Manage cash over/short and cash handling policies.
• Oversee food safety standards and inventory during shifts.
• Handle guest complaints and emergencies to protect the restaurant's reputation.
