Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Leader to coach restaurant team members and uphold Brand standards during each shift. You will support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals, ensure proper food and beverage prep, and communicate priorities to the team to deliver great guest service.

You will delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, assist with training, and monitor safety and cash handling throughout your shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ requirement.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and execute Brand standards during shifts.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and operations.
• Ensure food and beverage prep meets Brand standards.
• Communicate priorities and results to the team.
• Complete shift deployment plans and delegate tasks.
• Provide timely feedback and training as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies.
• Handle cash over/short and cash-handling procedures.
• Manage inventory and guest service quality during shifts.
