Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members and execute brand standards.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and operations.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation meets standards.
• Communicate priorities, goals, and results to the team.
• Prepare shift deployment plans and ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide timely feedback and motivate staff during shifts.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve issues promptly.
