Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader in Georgia who will coach Team Members, ensure Brand standards, and support the Restaurant Manager to meet goals. Shifts run 5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm, with emphasis on guest service and operational execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift activities, training, safety, inventory, and customer issue resolution while maintaining a positive franchisee brand experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language served.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive and clear feedback.
• Delegate tasks for smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes during a shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach team members to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies and resolve issues.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure adherence to cash policies.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and policy adherence.
