Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader in Woodstock, GA to coach team members during shifts and ensure brand standards and great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to help the team perform at peak levels.

Responsibilities include coaching, food and beverage prep, shift planning, cash handling, and handling guest issues while maintaining safety and operations in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and deliver guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities for smooth workflow.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolve issues promptly.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
• Monitor attendance and compliance with company policies.
