Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach and guide restaurant team members during shifts, ensuring Brand standards and guest service excellence. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to drive performance and maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing food/beverage prep, cash handling, inventory, and safety compliance while communicating priorities to the team and supporting the Restaurant Manager to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Support training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for the shift.
