Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus—anticipate and meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Ability to set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Strong problem solving and decision making and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members: assign tasks, give feedback, recognize achievements.
• Deploy team to meet guests’ needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by the manager.
• Communicate goals and monitor performance during shifts.
• Prioritize guests and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guest needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure use of systems, tools, and procedures; correct deficiencies.
• Monitor performance to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives during shifts.
• Follow procedures to manage labor costs, food costs, and cash.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and safety policies.
• Report equipment issues and provide performance feedback.
• Comply with restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
