Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members on shift, communicating responsibilities and recognizing achievements.
• Deploy team members to meet guests’ needs and service standards.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by management.
• Communicate goals and hold team accountable for performance.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests and resolve issues.
• Ensure systems and procedures are followed to control costs and maintain standards.
• Monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and policy compliance during shifts.
