Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must meet/state food safety requirements and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand/walk 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure secure cash handling and drawer counts.

• Maintain health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
