• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred.
• All Illinois applicants must obtain a Food Safety Certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure all security procedures are followed on shifts.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards and cash controls.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.).
• Restock food line, chips and coolers; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
