Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count cash, balance drawers, and handle daily cash procedures.
• Prepare finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock and maintain inventory of food items and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
