Potbelly Corporate is seeking a Shift Leader in Illinois to lead daily shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality of food and service. You will manage tasks, cash handling, and customer interactions in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety standards. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Must meet and maintain Food Safety requirements and certification in state.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance drawers.
• Ensure health and safety standards and food safety compliance.
