Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and giving feedback.
• Enforce security procedures and back-of-house standards.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare finished products efficiently (sandwiches, salads, soups, desserts).
• Maintain health and safety standards for food and facility.
