Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure brand standards during each shift. You will support the Restaurant Manager, assign tasks, and motivate staff to deliver great guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing inventory and cash handling, and addressing guest concerns promptly to uphold Dunkin's reputation for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members and provide timely feedback to improve performance.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Perform oversight of safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift.
• Manage inventory and cash handling per franchisee policies.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolving issues to maintain a positive reputation.
