Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and drive brand standards during each shift. You will set goals, assign duties, and motivate staff through timely feedback while ensuring food and beverage quality and guest satisfaction.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, lead during peak times, and ensure safety, accuracy, and great service. This role involves inventory oversight and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach restaurant team members as needed with timely feedback.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities for smooth workflow.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with next Shift Leader for shift readiness.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies and resolve issues quickly.
