Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach and guide restaurant team members during each shift, ensuring brand standards in food and guest service. You will support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and help maintain smooth operations.

The role requires leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, strong English communication, and the ability to manage daily store operations, including cash handling and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, deposits.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members throughout the shift and provide timely feedback.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards for food/beverage and service.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to cover roles.
• Delegate tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Assist with training of team members.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies during shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for the upcoming shift.
• Manage inventory during the shift and monitor cash handling.
• Provide great guest service and resolve complaints or emergencies.
