Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach and develop team members during each shift, ensuring Dunkin' Brand standards and high guest satisfaction. You will set priorities, delegate tasks, and provide timely feedback while supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily goals and operational execution.

You will also help with food/beverage prep, safety compliance, inventory oversight, and handling cash with accuracy, all while delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling and deposits.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members to meet brand standards and guest service.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, including food/beverage preparation, are met.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during a shift.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, maintaining restaurant reputation.
