Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Restaurant Team Members and ensure brand standards are met while delivering outstanding guest service. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to drive performance during the run of a shift.

In this role you support the Restaurant Manager, manage shift deployment, oversee inventory and cash handling, and uphold food safety. You’ll train teammates, handle customer issues, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with previous leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members while upholding brand standards.
• Basic computer and POS skills for transactions and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift, including food/bev prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to cover staffing needs.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Assist with training and safety, security, and profitability policies.
• Communicate with next Shift Leader to prep them for their shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory and handle cash over/short according to policies.
• Provide great guest service and resolve complaints or emergencies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to policies.
