Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a friendly Shift Leader to manage shifts, develop associates, and drive product quality and customer service. Earn between $17.25 and $17.75 per hour plus digital tips in a fast-paced, welcoming setting.

Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and pass state food safety requirements. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks with feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and handle cash with proper procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.).
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, and kitchen.
• Operate cash register and address customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
