Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.

• You meet all Food Safety requirements and must pass a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
