Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience in related position preferred.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between locations.
• POS familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed, demonstrating strong operating knowledge.
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members during shift.
• Maintain Cici's brand standards and food safety compliance per the operations manual.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
