Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6-12 months of experience in related position preferred.
• Must pass all federal, state and local food service safety and sanitation requirements and maintain certifications.
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between locations.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by guiding and motivating the team during shifts.
• Lead open, lunch, dinner and closing shifts and uphold brand standards and food safety.
• Coach Team Members and provide direction as needed.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily deposits.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to schedules and checklists.
• Address guest service issues and report to management.
• Attend leadership and location staff meetings.
