Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring Brand standards and guest experience are met. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate teammates while providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities include driving guest satisfaction, maintaining safe operations, resolving guest issues, and ensuring products are prepared to Brand standards. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Experience supervising restaurant, retail, or service teams.
• Basic math and writing skills for cash handling and records.
• Able to use basic computer systems and devices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members during shifts to uphold brand standards and guest experience.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback and recognition.
• Train crew members as requested and communicate shift priorities and results.
• Create a guest-first restaurant culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
