Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, set shift goals, assign tasks and provide timely feedback to ensure a great guest experience. You will help maintain brand standards, train staff, and drive sales.

Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, handling cash, and ensuring recipes and systems are followed. We offer a fast-paced, team-focused environment with opportunities to grow within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set goals, assign tasks and provide feedback during shifts.
• Maintain guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Drive sales and execute restaurant marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure products meet Brand standards.
