Job summary

Ultipro in Tennessee is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management duties and lead the restaurant team to deliver quality product and exceptional guest service.

You will coordinate shift activities, train Crew Persons and Team Leaders, ensure adherence to company policies, support sales growth, manage costs, and communicate effectively with guests and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team building, investigative and problem solving skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
