Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty leadership in a Tennessee restaurant. You will work with the Management Team to ensure operations align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

The role emphasizes delivering quality customer service, staff development, sales and profit optimization, and policy adherence, while participating in training and company communications.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills are essential.
• Strong team-building abilities are required.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills are needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems confidently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must be accessible by phone to meet restaurant needs and maintain open communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities.
• Lead shift and ensure Crew and Team Leaders perform duties per the job description.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits while controlling costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings and webinars.
• Adapt to changing business conditions and handle special projects.
