Job summary

Ultipro in Crossville, TN seeks a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management duties and ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform to expectations across all areas of their job descriptions.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to execute the business plan, lead shift activities, maintain quality, and support customer service excellence. Eligible candidates should have restaurant management experience and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years in restaurant management or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills required.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies.
