Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation and ability to meet the restaurant's needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM or on-duty PIC with management activities.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Ensure crew and team leaders perform their duties per job descriptions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings as required.
