Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and leading the restaurant management team. This role focuses on delivering quality customer service, coaching Crew Persons, and driving shift performance in line with the business plan.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, strong planning and time management, and a proven ability to lead teams, troubleshoot cash handling, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Access to a telephone or reliable communication method for restaurant needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or on-duty leader with management duties.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Model and promote company values.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and webinars.
• Perform other duties or special projects as needed.
