Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty and work with the Restaurant Management Team to uphold the restaurant's business plan and ensure crew perform their duties.

The role focuses on delivering quality service, coaching Crew Members, supporting sales and cost controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
• Investigative and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to meet restaurant needs with open communication
