Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations on site in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the business plan, coach Crew Members and Team Leaders, and drive customer satisfaction while controlling costs.

The role requires 2–3 years in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, strong planning and time management, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have approx. 2–3 years of restaurant management experience/education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a phone or reliable communication method and be accessible to meet restaurant needs.
