Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty with management activities and to guide the restaurant team in delivering quality service and products. The role supports the business plan and ensures crew members meet their job expectations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a HS diploma or GED, and strong planning, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies.
