Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty leadership by guiding the restaurant team to meet the business plan. You will ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform effectively across all job duties and maintain service quality.

The role emphasizes staff development, sales support, policy adherence, and strong communication with the Management Team to adapt to changing conditions and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Cash-handling troubleshooting ability.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication skills and open-door policy.
• Analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities
