Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leader with management duties and daily operations. You will work with the restaurant management team to ensure the business plan is followed and Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet expectations.

You will help maximize sales, reduce costs, train staff, and maintain high service standards while complying with company policies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience or education.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to train and develop Crew and Team Leaders.
• Capable of resolving problems and handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities
