Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts, uphold quality, and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. You will oversee operations, enforce policies, and support team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Required are a High School diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and flexibility for long hours including nights and weekends. Previous shift-lead experience and Serv-Safe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
