Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, or emergencies.
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and performs assigned workstation duties (e.g., dough management, accuracy, proper portioning).
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals and meets customer needs while following TM handbook policies on attendance, safety, and security.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains product quality and customer service.
• Contributes to profit goals by using the FOCUS System, executes cash management duties, and assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
