Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours; nights/weekends).
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs.
• Follows policies and procedures, including safety and attendance.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to fix issues.
• Assists in inventory management and cash handling to minimize loss.
