Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.

• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality, customer service and cost controls.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash, inventory and using company systems.
