Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or Person In Charge (on duty) with management activities and duties. This role collaborates with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure operations align with the restaurant’s business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet their job expectations.

The Shift Leader helps deliver quality products and customer service, supports sales and cost controls, and ensures policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and investigative abilities.
• Reliable transportation and accessible communication
• Ability to train and lead a team to meet standards
