Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor in daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure actions align with the business plan and that Crew Members and Team Leaders perform their duties effectively.

The role emphasizes delivering quality service, coaching staff, driving sales while controlling costs, and participating in training, meetings, and special projects as business needs shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience and/or education demonstrating knowledge of restaurant management.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM or on-duty supervisor with management activities.
• Lead shift activities to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and company events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
