Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in collaboration with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. The role focuses on ensuring the team understands goals, expectations, and standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership or customer service experience, be able to work flexible hours, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Coach and develop team members and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on the floor.
• Manage daily shift operations, inventory, and store product orders as assigned.
• Communicate priorities and delegate tasks to meet store goals.
