Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and direct the team with energy and clear expectations. You will ensure brand standards, product quality, and guest connections while managing tasks, shifts, and safety.

The role requires at least 6 months in a leadership position or proper training, 18+ years old, and flexibility to meet store needs. You will work closely with store leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a leadership role or trained to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure team understands tasks, promotions, and recipes.
• Oversee service quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Coach and train team on responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly, including deposits and ordering.
