Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station and maintains proper portioning and holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and meets customer needs; follows TM handbook policies.
