Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, performs duties such as making quality products, and maintains holding times.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems, maintains product quality and service standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing costs and cash handling, assists inventory control to minimize loss.
